KTC serves the construction industry in Northwest Florida in all areas of general building and renovations including Custom Traditional Homes, Residential and Commercial Remodeling, Condominium Renovations, and Fortified Insulated Concrete Homes.
Our immediate service area lies in Northwest Florida, but for large-scale projects we serve the area encompassed between Tampa and Gulf Shores and extending as far north as Enterprise, Alabama.
We are presently building a LEED Platinum Certified home - The highest certification available for green building.

About John Campbell:
- Started Working in the construction industry in the early 1960's with his father.
- State Certified Building License in 1991.
- The 1996 Parade of Home Winner.
- Served on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association in Okaloosa and Walton Counties from 1994 to 1996.
- President of the Building Industry Association in 1997.
- 12 years of leadership training with Britt World Wide.
- Presently building a LEED Platinum certified home in Shalimar, Florida - The highest certification available when building a "green" home.
